你的下一个 AI 工具灵感在哪？用自动化工具将 YouTube变成你的“AI 工具需求采集器”

在过去，我们做 AI 工具时经常陷入一个误区：先想功能，再找场景。 但在 AI 产品领域真正跑出来的项目，几乎都不是这样诞生的，它们往往来自一个非常简单的问题——“哪些真实的用户正在为此付出时间？”。

最近我在 YouTube 上看到很多讲业务、讲增长、讲自媒体的频道，比如“老胡油管研究院”，它们的视频结构非常清晰，主要是内容很紧贴真实业务，讲述的都是一线用户最真实的痛点。

于是我突然意识到： 如果我们是做 AI 工具的，那么这些频道，其实就是“不花钱的用户需求调研库”。

因为这些博主在讲的内容，本质上就是：

  • 用户正在困惑什么？
  • 他们的业务痛点在哪？
  • 哪些任务重复、低效、耗时间？

而这些内容都被写在了视频文案里，相当于一个业务资源库，这正是产品经理所需要的。。

那么问题来了：

能不能用自动化工具，把这些频道的内容全部抓下来，再让 AI 自动分析里面的潜在“AI 工具机会”？

当然可以。

今天我们就来讲讲全流程的思路，构建一套“AI 自动化需求挖掘系统”。可以 24 小时不间断地从 YouTube 视频中提取内容、分析需求、自动总结可做成 AI 产品的方向，并在飞书多维表格里不断更新。

一、痛点：为什么我们需要用自动化来挖需求？

传统做 AI 工具的人大多依赖：

  • 灵感
  • 朋友圈讨论
  • 自己估计用户痛点
  • 在网上随便翻翻帖子
  • 看投融资趋势
  • 或者靠产品经理的“直觉”

但这些方式可能会存在三个问题：

① 数据太碎，无法系统分析

我们能看到的视频内容、文章内容、评论内容都是随机的，无法结构化。

② 人工分析效率极低

一个视频 10 分钟，提取内容需要花 20 分钟；分析痛点需要再花 10 分钟。

一天也分析不了几个。

③ 容易带偏，难以真正看到用户“高频痛点”

但 AI 有一个天然优势—— 它能把大量内容变成结构化信息，再总结出共性。

二、解决思路：利用 n8n × API × 飞书多维表格，实现内容抓取 → 文案解析 → AI 结构化分析的自动化系统

我们可以用这几个步骤来实现

步骤 1：创建一张飞书多维表格，用来存储视频数据

首先我们要先建一张多维表，字段可以这样设置：

字段作用
视频id存储从频道抓到的视频的id
视频标题方便后续浏览
文案内容存储提取到的原始 transcript
AI 分析结果多维表的 AI 字段，用来自动总结需求、提取可做的 AI 工具方向

这个表相当于是原始数据，是我们的需求来源。

步骤 2：抓取某个频道的视频列表

我们可以先把要研究的频道的视频列表爬取出来。

后续根据这些列表的视频id来获取视频的详情。

我们可以用官方的youtube接口来获取，但是每天会有限额，用完了就没了。

这里推荐一个好用的 API： TikHub API（api.tikhub.io）

它有非常多的产品的API可以对接，当然不是免费的，不过价格还是算便宜。

我就用TikHub API来获取频道下的视频列表。

我们可以搭一个n8n流程，来通过频道id获取底下的视频id和标题并写入到多维表格里

我们维护好channel_id字段，后续通过channel_id来获取视频列表。

如何获取视频列表？

我用的是tikhub里YouTube-Web-API的获取频道视频接口（https://docs.tikhub.io/275087929e0）

接着我们来循环里面的视频标题和视频id字段，把字段内容写到多维表格里。

执行节点后，我们就把视频的标题和id值，成功写入到多维表格中了。

步骤 3：通过视频id ， 获取视频文案

我们在多维表格加多一列按钮字段，点击按钮，就获取对应行的视频的视频文案

因为点击飞书多维表格按钮，触发的是n8n工作流。所以，我们在多维表格配置一个自动化，然后在n8n用webhook的开始节点，自动触发n8n工作流。

这个n8n流程，我们用来获取视频文案并写入多维表格。

如何获取视频文案？

我们通过视频id，对接接口来获取。

tikhub也有这个接口，不过这里存在一个问题是，如果视频本身是没有字幕的话，就没办法获取到视频的文案。

这里提供另一个解决办法，用SupaData API。（supadata：https://supadata.ai/）

supadata好处在于，如果视频没有字幕，也是可以获取到文案的（可能是通过语音转文字的方式）

我们通过n8n来搭这个工作流，通过视频id值去获取到对应视频的文案。

执行后，对应视频的文案文本内容就都提取出来了。

最后，我们再通过一个http节点，自动把文案更新到多维表格里去

步骤 4：让多维表格的 AI 字段自动分析文案，挖出可做的 AI 工具方向

飞书多维表自带 AI 能力，我们可以创建一个“AI 字段”，让它自动分析“文案内容”。

这样，每当新的文案写入表格，你都会看到 AI 自动生成：

  • 可做的工具列表
  • 每个工具的潜在价值
  • 对应的用户痛点
  • 哪些任务可以自动化

这是一个真正的自动“AI 产品方向采集器”。

这个工作流，我们可以继续改造，因为目前只是解决了现存视频数据的收集和分析，如果博主更新了呢？

这个也好办，我们做一个监听博主更新的工作流，工作流每天运行一次，判断当天是否有更新，如果有更新，就把更新的内容提取出来到多维表格，多维表格用AI自动帮你完成分析。

三、总结：从一个想法，到一个系统级的“AI 自动化需求收集器”

整个系统只有一条逻辑：

把真实场景 → 转成数据 → 交给 AI → 得到结构化需求 → 指导 AI 工具开发。

最终你得到的是：

  • 自动挖掘需求
  • 自动分析痛点
  • 自动总结 AI 工具机会
  • 自动写入飞书
  • 自动形成数据库
  • 自动复用所有逻辑

你的 AI 工具方向将变得清晰、客观、数据化，

甚至你在看 YouTube 的时候都知道：

“哦，这句话能做一个工具。”
