巡检管理，每个企业可能都会有这种场景，有的可能是5S巡检，有的可能是店铺巡检，简单来说就是需要定期去检查企业的相关内容或场地。
想实现的需求是这样：有固定的巡检区域，这些区域都有对应的区域负责人，然后，会有值班人员每天对这些区域进行巡检，检查到需要整改的区域，就记录整改问题，对应区域负责人收到问题后，就进行整改。
这里就涉及到两个角色，区域负责人和值班巡检人员，巡检人员是每天对固定区域进行检查，区域负责人就是收到问题后要去整改。
这是一个简单的巡检流程，如果要开发一个系统或应用，也是需要一点成本的。那么我们可以试着用飞书的多维表格，快速搭建一个这样的应用。
那么我们就以这个场景举一个简单的例子，来看看如何做。
首先我们先在飞书的云文档里新建一张多维表格，就叫“日巡检管理”
然后我们在多维表格里开始配置
一、数据表
首先我们需要新建几张数据表，根据我们的需求，我们需要建4张，第一个是巡检区域和对应负责人的数据表（有哪些区域要巡检，对应区域的负责人是谁），第二个是巡检值班人员的数据表（每天是谁来负责这些区域的检查），第三个是巡检任务记录的数据表（值班人员每天巡检的结果），第四个是整改问题的数据表（巡检后的问题，需要区域负责人来整改）
